Refund policy

 

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products sold on the JLT website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused,
- unlit,
- in its original condition,
- returned in its original packaging.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or used cannot be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before returning any product, the customer must contact JLT by email at:
contact@jlt-bougies.fr

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

The return address will be provided to the customer by email after contacting JLT.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, JLT will refund the amount paid for the returned product, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, the customer should contact JLT as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and its packaging.

An appropriate solution will be offered, either a replacement or a refund.
